History
Year 1991: The Beginning of I-Phone : Call Now Pay Later
Reach the world in a few, simple steps. Silex begins its first venture called I-Phone that facilitated STD & ISD facility to its thousands of clients from the corporate sector, across Maharashtra . Call Now pay later theme adapted by Silex was a major hit amongst masses, as the idea broke the trends and brought a fresh wave of various joys available on Phone. Easy access to any call location, with secure & confidential accounts, easy accessibility from any phone Instrument were the sharp features to name. The sturdy reasons for the phenomenal popularity of this project was mainly due to two reasons they were Its cost effectivity, and easy operations. All the caller had to do was pick up and talk.
Year 2000: Silex Cellulars
Bringing new dimensions to the Mobile Business Silex Cellular was born in 2000. Silex Cellulars & Marketing deals with Importing and retailing of Unique Latest Technologies Mobile Handsets and Mobile Accessories. This venture aims to spread globally, providing with its latest and the ultimate unique Mobile handsets and Mobile accessories with customer care facilities.
Year 2000: Private Call centre for Railway Division's 131 enquiry at Bhopal
Ever in the history Silex became the first ever information provider for the railway passengers of Bhopal, and with the implementation of creativity & latest technology in IVRS, Silex successfully launched its 131, 132, 1333, for Train Enquiry, PNR Status, Train Position’s call centre service at Bhopal. Before Silex immerged into this project the call maturity level was mere 19 %, which after was converted to a drastic 97 % call maturity by the dedication of our team.
Year 2006: Idea of Innovation and IVRS emerges
Silex's enters the world of wired and wireless communication service. Tying up with India 's largest Communication Organization, Silex has launched its VAS, and has started to spread waves of Information along with Entertainment which gave birth to I-Phone's “Infotainment”.
Year 2006: Corporate & Government tasks being done
Reaching over 120 million telecom subscribers of BSNL, Silex with an idea of providing each and every record of information & complaint booking to the citizens, government officers, corporate organizations, etc Silex has also launched various projects running successfully.
